Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Torrox lies this large renovated holiday home 'Villa Melín', with breathtaking panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea. Equipped with a private (heated) swimming pool, air conditioning and WIFI.

At a distance of approximately 40 kilometers from Malaga airport and at an altitude of 330 meters, the villa is reached via a typical, fully paved Spanish mountain road. You can reach the beach within just a 20-minute drive, so you can enjoy the serene peace, luxury and privacy of the villa as well as the liveliness of the beach and the boulevard.

With an area of approximately 180 m2, the villa extends over two separate floors. Currently the ground floor is available for rental, while the upper floor is vacant.

On the extensive terrace of the villa you will find the spacious swimming pool (300 by 700 by 100 by 180 centimeters), which can be heated at an additional cost. In addition, there is a covered outdoor kitchen with an electric barbecue, a sink and a sink, as well as a spacious dining area. Various terraces, including a roof terrace, offer various options for relaxation. The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with a large iron entrance gate. Outside the gate there is ample parking for several cars.

Top floor: Available for rental from 2025.

Ground floor: This includes two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious living room.

The washing machine is located in a separate room near the pool.

There are several sunbeds for guests on various terraces, so that there are plenty of opportunities to relax in both the sun and the shade. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of both the sea and the mountains.

Each room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and WIFI is also available.

The living room has a three-seater sofa that folds out into a 190 x 140 cm bed, in case there are more than 4 guests staying. There is also a large SMART TV. There is also a large dining table with 7 chairs.

The same space houses a luxurious open kitchen that is fully equipped, including a three-zone induction hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso Krups coffee machine, all necessary cooking utensils and sufficient storage space in the closets.

Spacious bedroom 1 has a double bed, plenty of space to hang and store clothes, views and access to the pool through the spacious sliding doors, and a private bathroom.
Spacious bedroom 2 has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and a private bathroom.

The ensuite bathroom 1, with a shower and sink, is directly adjacent to bedroom 1.
The ensuite bathroom 2, with a shower and sink, is directly connected to bedroom 2.

Bed linen, towels (including beach towels) are included.

IMPORTANT: Due to its mountain location, this villa may be less suitable for less experienced drivers or for guests who do not enjoy a beautiful, but sometimes winding and/or steep mountain road.
