This completely renovated apartment in Torrox Costa offers everything you need: a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a spacious balcony with sea view!

The dining area is also located in the cozy living room. There is a good Wifi connection (fiber optic) and television with international channels available. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

It is located just 150 meters from the beach in a well-maintained and green urbanization with several communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a padel court, playground and an indoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter months. In addition, tapas bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are just a stone's throw away. The indoor heated swimming pool is also open in winter.

Free parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment.

After working in tourism for 15 years in the Netherlands and Spain, I wanted to express my passion for tourism in my own company. In 2014 my dream came true. Our company is small, which allows for a lot of personal contact with our guests. I think it is important that my guests lack for nothing and I want to be there for them whenever they wish. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices include:
-water
- electricity (except the winter season)
- good Wifi connection
- television with international channels
-Bed linen

- use of swimming pools (seasonal but there is always one open)
- use of indoor heated swimming pool (winter)
- use of padel court
- use of tennis court
- use of playground
- air conditioning in all rooms

Air conditioning: 105kW per week free, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.

From November 1st to April 1st of each year, electricity is NOT fully included in the price. We provide our guests with 7.5kW per day of free electricity, the costs for additional consumption are €0.45 per kW. There is a kWh meter in the apartment so that you can check your consumption.

It is mandatory to report all guests when booking, including babies and children up to 2 years old as guests.
