Bienvenidos al Costa del Sol! This beautiful apartment overlooks - from the very spacious terrace - the golf course of Cerrado del Aguila. Just one of the many golf courses in this area. The luxury apartment is ideally located for those who love peace and quiet. No car noise. Beach, sports and nightlife can be  found within easy reach in Cala de Mijas, Cabopino, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Puerto Banus.

In this area you can enjoy beautiful beaches, golf courses, beautiful towns, traditional villages, delicious food and drinks and of course the sun! In short, plenty to see and experience. Since the apartment is quietly located, you do need a car. With just under 10 minutes you are down in the cozy village of Cala de Mijas. 

The apartment
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and very spacious terrace (120^m2). The apartment is equipped with every conceivable comfort: air conditioning cold and hot, private underground parking garage, TV with Netflix and various Dutch and foreign channels, WIFI, modern kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with spacious freezer compartment and combi oven. In the outdoor kitchen on the terrace there is a combi washer/dryer.

From the living room you can walk onto the covered terrace where you can sit in the shade, but it is also possible to enjoy the sun on one of the sun loungers.

At the pool you can relax on one of the sun loungers in the garden. Parasols are also available here.

Beach
In just 10 minutes by car you can reach the sandy beach of Cala de Mijas and a little further on is the cozy harbor of Cabopino. Calahonda also has a quiet beach. Fuengirola also has 8 kilometers of coast with beaches such as Carvajal, Los Boliches, San Franscisco, Santa Amelia and El Castillo. 

Wave
This area is not called Costa del golf for nothing. It is therefore a mecca for golf enthusiasts. La Cala Golf (with 3 times 18 holes the largest in Spain) and the famous Valderrama Golf Course are in the immediate vicinity. Other well-known golf courses are Los Olivos and Los Lagos.

Cala de Mijas
Here you will find cozy chiringuitos (beach bars) and good restaurants. There is also a boardwalk that can be walked along the beach of Cala de Mijas until shortly before Cabopino (6 km).

Largest park on the Costa del Sol
In mid-2025 - a 10-minute walk from the apartment - the largest natural park of the Costa del Sol will be opened. This park offers - among others - the following amenities: a central boulevard with a 24-metre-wide footpath and a 27-metre-wide cycle path, a sports path for walking or running. There are rest areas and fitness equipment on this sports path. There will also be a lake that can be explored by boats. There are also fountains, a theater for concerts and meetings, a water play park and sports fields. 

Marenostrum Fuengirola
Less than 10 minutes by car is the Marenostrum. Concerts are regularly given here with - among others - artists such as Simply Red, Rod Stewart, Lionel Richie and Bonnie Tyler. 

Mijas Pueblo
Authentic mountain village with white houses.

Marbella
A visit to the boulevard, harbor and one of the many beach bars is a nice experience. The old center with its Plaza de Naranjos is also worth a visit.
