Villa Lina is a 50 year old typical Andalusian villa with beautiful sea views. Villa Lina has a spacious private swimming pool with a south-facing location. The villa is located not far from the beach and about 10-15 minutes by car/taxi from the city center. The villa is a true oasis of peace to relax and enjoy.
From the living room and side/dining room you have sea and Malaga city views. Attached to the living room is a large covered veranda where you can sit outside sheltered.
Around the villa is a private plot of 700m2 with terraces and gardens. The gardens are a mix of Mediterranean and tropical trees, flowers and plants.
Villa Lina is characterized by the high degree of privacy that you will hardly find anywhere else in Malaga. Due to its specific location in relation to the neighbors, no one has a view of the house and the terraces. In short, you can sunbathe undisturbed and enjoy the view.
Next to the pool is a foldable ping pong table to hit a ball in the sun.
Via a staircase at the rear you can go to the roof terrace where you have a truly spectacular view over all of Malaga, the beach of Pedregalejo, the residential area behind it and the beautiful mountains. This is also the ultimate place to experience the sunset. If you are into Yoga, this is a wonderful place to roll out your mat in the morning.
LAYOUT
The villa has recently been largely renovated. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own storage cupboards. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The villa has 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath.
You enter the villa through a spacious welcome hall with storage room for shoes and coats. To the left of the hall is a staircase of 3 steps that leads you to 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom with bathtub. On the right side of the hall is the kitchen. When you walk through the hall you enter the spacious living room of 40m2 with large sliding glass doors that provide access to the porch.
When you walk through the living room you enter a connected dining room where you have fantastic views over the sea and Malaga city. In the dining room there is a spacious wooden table of 2.60m long where you can sit and eat, work or play games.
Through the living room or kitchen you enter the third bedroom and small bathroom through a small hall. This bathroom has been recently renovated and here you can shower with a great view of the mountains of Malaga.
SURROUNDINGS
Villa Lina is located in the wooded residential area of Pinares de San Anton in Malaga city. This beautiful area is located about 7km from the centre of Malaga. The beach of the cozy fishing district of Pedregalejo is about a 20-25 minute walk away.
The surroundings of this neighborhood are really fantastic. Despite being close to the busy city, it is an oasis of peace. At the end of the street you can walk straight into the beautiful mountains of Malaga. Here are beautiful hiking trails with views all over Malaga. Less than a fifteen minute walk away you are already at the beautiful viewpoint "Pinares Antiguo" where you can admire Malaga and the rest of the Costa.
