To make a reservation you must pay 50% immediately and the remaining 50% 60 days before your stay. After receiving the first payment, we will send you your contract and confirmation by e-mail. After receiving the second payment, we will send you an email with information/routes and instructions for collecting the keys.
FREE: use of the communal swimming pool and beautiful gardens (open all year round), use of a cot and high chair (to be mentioned when booking), INTERNET with high speed throughout the apartment. Air conditioning throughout the apartment, secure private parking, use of bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity consumption. We ask all our guests to leave the apartment in the condition in which they found it. A refundable deposit of €300 is required by credit card upon arrival. This will of course be refunded if no damage is found. You can move into the house from 16.00 hours. A car is not really necessary at this house.
If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please note that the monthly rent is up to a limit including electricity. If you exceed the agreed limit, you will be charged for electricity. Electricity is charged at 0.35 euros per unit/kw.
Self check-in is available at this apartment. Full instructions will be sent to each guest after booking.
