All rooms have air conditioning and WiFi and on the terrace there are also plenty of seating areas in the shade with sunbeds for sunbathing.

The residence is located on the 1st floor of a small-scale low-rise urbanization with lots of privacy and overlooks the accompanying large gardens with palm trees, flowers and fruit trees.
From the terrace you also have a view of the two large swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas that you can use for free.
The huge terrace is located on the south-west and has sun all day from the end of the morning until sunset.
There are several seating areas on the terrace where you can sit to lounge, read or eat both in the sun and in the shade. The terrace features a large corner lounge sofa of 3x3 meters, a large dining table of 3 meters long, lounge chairs in the shade, a hammock, sunbeds and lemon and orange trees in large pots.
Both the huge garden and the swimming pool are fully fenced and therefore safe for small children.
The residence on the 1st floor is also accessible by an elevator next to the stairs and has its own reserved private parking space in the shade behind the fence.
This place is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all amenities and the beach and was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2022. The house is completely newly decorated inside and out in ''Ibiza style''.
Through the front door you immediately enter the bright spacious open living room-kitchen with two sliding doors to the huge 80 m2 terrace that runs the full width of the apartment.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious and includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and a hair dryer.
There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be pushed together).
Both bedrooms have their own bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower with rain shower. Both bedrooms have large sliding doors with direct access to the spacious terrace. When you wake up you can immediately see the blue sky with palm trees from your bed!
The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (over 25 years old) or two adults with two children and a baby/toddler. The house is well equipped to bring a baby/toddler and it has a folding camping cot with bedding and a high chair.
There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the apartment and each bedroom also has iron shutters that can be closed in the summer to keep the heat out.
This place also offers an ideal base for golfers. The golf valley of Nueva Andalucia is a maximum of 10 minutes drive away and has many beautiful golf courses including Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas and Aloha. A 2-minute walk away are padel and tennis courts where you can also rent rackets and balls and an indoor/outdoor fitness club where you can exercise.
The beach and the nice town of Puerto Banus with its famous harbor is a 10-15 min walk away and the nice town of San Pedro is a 15-20 min walk. Marbella center is 10 minutes away by car and Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away.
In Marbella you have the largest number of sun days a year because of the microclimate: about 320 days a year the sun shines here!
That's why it's so nice here outside the high season; In February and November you can often already have lunch on the beach and sit outside. Because of this microclimate, it is never warmer than 29 degrees during the day and it cools down to a maximum of 20 degrees in the evening, so you can also sleep well without air conditioning!

The nice beach club Mistral Beach is a 10-minute walk away and all other nice hip beach bars are all 2-15 km away and are easily accessible. Behind the urbanization is a small supermarket a 2 minute walk away and many larger supermarkets are a 5-10 minute drive away.
