This charming villa is built in Provencal style at the foot of La Concha (the mountain of Marbella). Total privacy but only 3 minutes from the shopping mall, center and beach. New kitchen with bar, adjoining large dining room. Living room with fireplace. Television room with spacious ensuite bathroom, which can be used as a bedroom. First floor two king-size bedrooms (1 bedroom with ensuite room for a nanny) with ensuite bathrooms. All rooms have a fireplace. From every room on both the ground floor and the first floor there is a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The landscaped garden with palm trees and fruit trees of 2000 square meters has several picturesque terraces with views of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains and Marbella everywhere. In clear weather, a view of Morocco and Gibraltar. Also a large bbq gazebo. From the pool you look over the sea and marbella. Sean Connery was also a guest here, feel like a real James Bond/Bond girl. Carport and parking spaces for several cars. Is only rented to two couples or couple with children.

Our house on 3 sides detached, offers great privacy. The balcony is on the short side. On the long back of the house is a lawn and are five palm trees. Furthermore, a plank with lounge area and a wonderful outdoor table with a view of hills and fields.
On the roof a wonderful view over the La Concha mountain on one side, and the sea (1.5 km from home) on the other side.

The 2nd pool with sun beds on the urbanization. As quiet as the other bath and well maintained by two hardworking brothers / gardeners who daily take care of the maintenance of the whole park.

May 2025 - Terrace completely renewed, raised and extended. Lovely sunny place to enjoy the sunset. In the morning it is wonderful to have breakfast there, then there is coolness and shade.

Our apartment has a swimming pool where a lifeguard is always present (this is mandatory in Spain). There is no toddler/children's pool. There are plenty of parasols on the lawn to provide shade. The garden is very well maintained. The swimming pool is open from early June to mid-September
This is the 'ramp' from which goes to the big apartment. A beautiful view of mountains and sea. Through this way you drive the underground parking garage where you have your own parking space.
You can enjoy a view of the sea, Malaga and other resorts. Also from the pool
The kitchen has a fridge freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, hood and oven. Furthermore, there is an extensive inventory.
The kitchen has a stone worktop. From the kitchen you go to the laundry room with washing machine.
The living room is separate from the kitchen. Lots of light enters here from the terrace.
From the living room you step through the sliding doors onto the large terrace, with a view of the sea.

This is the beach of Rincon de la Victoria. This can be reached by car. From the apartment in about 10 minutes Parking in the area is free.
Rincon has a sandy beach where it is gorgeous. On the promenade are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops. You can also pin here. From Rincon you can make a nice walk through the caves to another beach.
Near the apartment, about 5 minutes by car, is a very big shopping mall. Here you will find ATMs, (clothing) shops (including Zara, Stradivarius, drugstores and a big supermarket. There is also a McDonalds and gas station. You can park for free here.
Malaga is a beautiful county and city. You drive from the apartment in about 20 min to Malaga center. Here is plenty to see, play and eat and drink.
