Apartment "Sevilla" is located in Villa Casa Holandaluzas together with 1 other
apartment and 1 studio, all three are located around the swimming pool. This
is a salt water swimming pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and
Casa Holandaluzas is located within walking distance (about 300 meters) from it
beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in Las Chapas Playa, Marbella.
Also within walking distance are the Carefour supermarket,
tennis courts/padel courts/gym, various restaurants, pharmacy, car rental,
bakery/lunchroom (Mama's Bakery) and the bus stop to Marbella and
Fuengirola all this located in El Rosario, Marbella.

Each apartment has its own reserved parking space on it
enclosed area. Around the saltwater pool are sufficient
sunbeds and umbrellas. Furthermore, each apartment has its own private sitting area
but there are also various other seating areas for everyone, covered or on the side
large tables under the chestnut wood pergola with a barbeque which you
can use. There is an honesty bar serving drinks, ice creams and snacks
can buy when you are enjoying by the pool or on the terrace and
wouldn't want to go out. There is also an information folder with all kinds
info for restaurants, excursions etc., there are games, beach equipment
to take to the beach and to borrow various reading books. The luxury
studio and apartments are all equipped with a kitchen with 4 burners
hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee
appliance, kettle, toaster, juicer and all necessary
kitchenware; both apartments, (called Granada and Seville) are
also equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet,
sink and spacious walk-in shower. Obviously there is WiFi inside but
also outside on the terrace and by the pool. The TV is provided
various TV channels, Dutch, German, English, French, Spanish and much more
more! We can also arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, transport to and from the airport
Malaga airport can be arranged for a fee if you don't have a car
would like to rent during your stay.

Since December 1999 I, Eva, live with my husband Jan and our daughter in Marbella, Spain. In 2000 we bought this villa, which was then a ruin (vacant for 10 years) and of which only the walls of the house were still standing, there was also no electricity, water, windows and no doors. We have rebuilt and renovated everything and after some setbacks, as you can always see in "Ik Vertrek" we finally succeeded in creating these fantastic and successful apartments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The above prices are per apartment per night based on 1 or 2 persons/adults. The one-time final cleaning is 65 euros, to be paid in cash on arrival. We also ask for a deposit of 200 euros, which we would also like to pay in cash on arrival. You will receive this back after inspection on your departure.
Pets are not allowed. No children.

Casa Holandaluzas with 1 studio and 2 apartments located near the beach, in a few minutes you walk to the end of the street where the beach is. You can rent sunbeds and umbrellas and there are several restaurants and beach clubs, from delicious Spanish to luxurious and therefore a bit more expensive. For each his own!

House Holandaluzas. About 300 meters from the sandy beach.

The apartments are located about 300 meters from the beach in a cul-de-sac. You can park the rental car on the reserved parking space on our property, if you don't have a car you can also easily go to Marbella city or other places by bus, taxi or über. If you want to make excursions by car, we are very centrally located between the cities of Malaga, Ronda, Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz. The towns of Mijas, Estepona, Fuengirola and Torremolinos are also easy to reach. It is also nice to go to Gibraltar for a day or to combine this with the surfing resort of Tarifa. The Caminito Del Rey, google this, is a beautiful walking / walking route of a few hours with spectacular views that can be done by almost everyone.
