Casa Holandaluzas Studio 'Cordoba'

Studio "Cordoba" is located in Villa Casa Holandaluzas together with 2 small apartments, all three are located around the pool. This is a salt water pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and Casa Holandaluzas is located within walking distance (about 300 meters) from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in Las Chapas Playa, Marbella. Also within walking distance are the Carefour supermarket, tennis courts/padel courts/gym, several restaurants, pharmacy, car rental, bakery/lunchroom (Mama's Bakery) and the bus stop to Marbella and Fuengirola, all located in El Rosario, Marbella.

Each apartment has its own reserved parking space on the enclosed grounds. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around the saltwater pool. Furthermore, each apartment has its own private seating area, but there are also various other seating areas for everyone, covered or at the large tables under the chestnut wooden pergola with a barbeque that you can use. There is an honesty bar where you can buy drinks, ice creams and snacks if you are enjoying yourself by the pool or on the terrace and don't want to leave the house. There is also an information folder with all kinds of information for restaurants, excursions, etc., there are games, beach equipment to take to the beach and various reading books to borrow. The luxury studio and apartments are all equipped with a kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and all necessary kitchen utensils; both apartments (called Granada and Sevilla) are also equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and spacious walk-in shower. Of course there is WiFi inside but also outside on the terrace and by the pool. The TV is equipped with various TV channels, Dutch, German, English, French, Spanish and much more! We can also arrange an Airport Shuttle, transport to and from Malaga Airport for a fee, if you do not want to rent a car during your stay.
