For about 15 years we, my husband, daughter and I, have lived here in Marbella Spain. In our search for a suitable house, we immediately fell in love with this dead end street to the beach. Eventually we found this house, actually a ruin, because there were only a few walls left and that was it; No windows, doors, water, electricity, etc. The house had been empty for 10 years. We bought it and completely renovated it in an upper floor where we live and downstairs around the pool we have realized 2 apartments with 1 bedroom and a studio each.
