Our modern, bright apartment in Elviria with new kitchen, central air conditioning/air heating and completely new furnishings has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. 

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with new box spring beds. The master bedroom has a 180-200 bed, sliding doors to the terrace, an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and 2 sinks. The second spacious bedroom also has a double bed from 180-200 and the third bedroom has two single beds from 90-200. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks.

The living room has a cozy dining and sitting area with sliding doors so there is a lot of light. You can use super fast 5G fiber optic internet and a smart TV with many hundreds of channels and the possibility of Netflix, Apple TV etc as well as a SONOS speaker. 

The spacious sunny terrace of 60m2, located on the southeast, has a panoramic view over the spectacular garden of El Manantial de Santa Maria, pine forests and the sea. Both in winter and summer you can enjoy plenty of sun. You will find a spacious lounge area, a large dining table with 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds and a small table with 2 chairs for a cup of coffee/tea in the morning. The terrace is equipped with two electric awnings with remote control.  

Our apartment is wonderful to stay and spend your holidays. The complex is built around a beautiful garden with a natural spring and 4 large swimming pools with sun loungers and parasols where you can relax. In winter it is also very pleasant. The many hours of sunshine and comfortable temperatures also make it the ideal place to spend the winter.  

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the many restaurants, bars and supermarkets in Elviria. The beautiful beaches of Elviria are a good 15-minute walk or 3 minutes by car. There are chiringuitos, beach bars and well-known beach clubs such as Nikki Beach. Santa Maria Golf Club is a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of water sports opportunities along the coast, but it is also wonderful to walk along the beach. Just outside the complex is a nice children's playground. The cozy old town of Marbella can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

When you book the apartment, you will receive information about where and at what time you will meet your host/hostess/keyholder, you will receive a tour and explanation of the equipment and the operation of air conditioning/heating.
