A terraced house in a beautifully maintained urbanization, overlooking hole 12 of the beautiful Cabopino golf course with its beautiful trees. On the urbanization you can make free use of 2 large swimming pools surrounded by grass and a children's pool. The house has 3 terraces where you can enjoy the sun in privacy at all times of the day.
The house also has a spacious kitchen and living room, 2 staircases to the top where the 2 spacious bedrooms are located and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bath and the other has a shower, both with toilet. You can take the staircase to the spacious roof terrace where you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea. The roof terrace has recently been covered with artificial grass and is equipped with sunbeds.
There is new air conditioning throughout the house.
You are within walking distance of the campsite with the famous Italian restaurant Da Bruno, a pizzeria and an Indian restaurant. You can also easily reach the beach on foot with its beautiful wooden walkways via a footbridge over the highway. On the beach you have the cozy beach bar Andys or the beautiful beach club Cocoa Beach. Or you can walk to the cozy harbor with several good restaurants/bars such as Alberts where there is regular live music.
Because you are on the highway, you can reach old Marbella within 15 minutes by car and Puerto Banus in 25 minutes.
There are also nice towns such as the lovely Caja de Mijas or the bustling Fuengirole within a 20-minute drive. The airport is a 35-minute drive away. In short, an ideal place if you like peace, nature, golf, close to the beach and good food and want to be centrally located.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the urbanization.
