Our modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is located in a stylish 2022 residence, ideally located on the sun-drenched Costa del Sol in Andalusia. You will stay here in a prime location with a private parking space in the garage, right next to the elevator that takes you almost directly to the front door. All amenities are within easy reach and you are a short distance from lively places such as Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Port de la Duquesa and Sotogrande. The beach is just a 700-metre walk away.

Málaga airport is about a 50-minute drive away and Gibraltar is 35 minutes. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a sunny private roof terrace (19 m²) with sunbeds and a nice view. Inside, you will enjoy a bright layout with a comfortable master bedroom (king-size bed + en-suite bathroom with shower) and a second bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom, with toilet and shower.

The spacious terrace (20 m²) has an electric awning, a cozy lounge area and a large dining table for outdoor dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a smart TV with access to various channels.

Our apartment is regularly rented out and is intended as a comfortable holiday home. Although it is modern and neatly furnished, there may be slight signs of wear that are appropriate for an apartment that is used with care by several guests. The pricing is geared to this, so you can enjoy good value for money in a prime location.

Cleaning is included. Interim cleaning is available on request and at an extra cost.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

  1. Notice of inability to rent: If for any reason the tenant is unable, unwilling or does not intend to accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must notify the landlord immediately. This notification must initially be made by telephone, but must also be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.
  2. Cancellation policy: There is a cancellation fee depending on when the renter decides to cancel:
    • Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period: no charge.
    • Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start date: 30% of the rental price payable.
    • Cancellation from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period: 50% of the rental price due.
  3. Late cancellation or absence at the start of the rental period: If the tenant does not indicate that he will no longer use the rented property until the start date of the rental period or during the rental period, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

These terms are intended to protect the landlord against loss of income due to cancellations or the tenant's failure to accept the rental agreement. It is important for tenants to be aware of these terms before entering into a rental agreement, and to read the agreement carefully before agreeing.

Possibility of longer period rental. Contact us and we can offer a very attractive discount for a longer period (longer than 4 weeks), up to 40% of the original rental price.
Construction is still underway in the area, but this is nearing the end. A nice advantage: the rent is currently extra attractive compared to the region.
Good to know before booking
Our apartment is often rented back-to-back during this period. We ensure good and careful cleaning, but light signs of use may sometimes be visible.
If something is not quite to your liking upon arrival, please let us know immediately. We ensure that this is solved quickly and neatly through our HomeCare partner.
