Our beautiful new 2-bedroom apartment is located in a new residence from 2022. Here you can enjoy an excellent location on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia. The location is particularly favorable, with private covered parking and with all necessary amenities in the vicinity and close to the center of Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Port de la Duquesa and Sotogrande. Within walking distance of the beach (700 meters).

In addition, it is just a 50-minute drive from Malaga airport and 35 minutes from Gibraltar. Our apartment is located on the second floor and has a rooftop terrace (19m) with beautiful views, 2 sun beds and is sunny. The apartment has a spacious and inviting layout. It features a spacious master bedroom with a King size double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room there is even a sofa bed for two people. There is also an additional fully equipped bathroom.
The terrace is generously sized (20m) and has an electrically operated awning, a spacious dining table and a comfortable sitting/lounge area.

The fully equipped kitchen, with facilities such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, guarantees that you will feel completely at home during your stay, as does the living area with smart TV that can receive all channels.
This high quality apartment is sure to please, a home away from home, and offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the Spanish sun and lifestyle.

We, Tommy and Karin have been the proud owners of this beautiful new apartment since December 2022. We have decorated it down to the last detail. Since we unfortunately do not have much time to enjoy this very much, we want to make this available so that other people can enjoy it just as much as we do with the many nice places in the area, the wonderful climate, restaurants, sports and golf facilities. Explanation of prices

Notification of inability to rent : If for any reason the tenant is unable, unwilling or does not intend to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. This notification must initially be made by telephone, but must also be confirmed in writing or by e-mail to the landlord.
Cancellation Policy : There are cancellation fees depending on when the renter decides to cancel:
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period: no costs.
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start date: 30% of the rental price is due.
- Cancellation from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period: 50% of the rental price is due.
Late cancellation or absence at the start of the rental period : If the tenant only indicates on the start date of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

These conditions are intended to protect the landlord against loss of income as a result of cancellations or non-acceptance of the rental agreement by the tenant.
