Our modern 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is located in a stylish 2022 residence, ideally located on the sun-drenched Costa del Sol in Andalusia. You will stay here in a prime location with a private parking space in the garage, right next to the elevator that takes you almost directly to the front door. All amenities are within easy reach and you are a short distance from lively places such as Estepona, Marbella, Puerto Banús, Port de la Duquesa and Sotogrande. The beach is just a 700-metre walk away.
Málaga airport is about a 50-minute drive away and Gibraltar is 35 minutes. The apartment is located on the second floor and has a sunny private roof terrace (19 m²) with sunbeds and a nice view. Inside, you will enjoy a bright layout with a comfortable master bedroom (king-size bed + en-suite bathroom with shower) and a second bedroom with two single beds and an additional bathroom, with toilet and shower.
The spacious terrace (20 m²) has an electric awning, a cozy lounge area and a large dining table for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a smart TV with access to various channels.
Our apartment is regularly rented out and is intended as a comfortable holiday home. Although it is modern and neatly furnished, there may be slight signs of wear that are appropriate for an apartment that is used with care by several guests. The pricing is geared to this, so you can enjoy good value for money in a prime location.
Cleaning is included. Interim cleaning is available on request and at an extra cost.
