Explanation of prices

Explanation of the prices:

GENERAL

Prices based on a maximum of 2 persons in bedroom (2 adults, or 1 adult plus 1 child from 12 years)
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
We charge a mandatory deposit of € 200.00 based on your credit card (this will be refunded within 10 days, after checking for any damage).
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
We do not accept stag or hen parties or similar parties.

DUTY OF IDENTIFICATION

All guests must show/scan their passport or EU ID card before/on arrival (local police must be legally informed of the details of all guests within 24 hours of arrival).

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The deposit of the reservation is 25% of the total travel sum (within 5 days after acceptance of booking).
The remaining payment must be made 4 weeks before your arrival (so pay everything immediately if booked 4 weeks or less before the arrival date).

BOOKING CONDITIONS

After confirmation by us with regard to the chosen dates, the reservation can be processed.
After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. You will receive a confirmation of every payment.

Payment by bank transfer not possible

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
You pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days before arrival.
If you don't show up, you pay the total price of the reservation.
