Cabopino Penthouse - Prices ALL-IN

The non-smoking, cozy and homely furnished penthouse, within walking distance (10 minutes) of the sea, is fully equipped.

On the 3 sides of the apartment you will find sunny, very spacious (124m2) and with lots of privacy outside terrace with  lounge furniture and sunbeds.

In the spacious living room you will find a large dining table with 6 chairs and two sofas (2 and 3 seater), saloon table, ceiling fan with lamp and remote control, DVD and television with more than 180 international channels, including English, German, French and Spanish. 
The apartment is equipped with two electric and two manual shutters, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet (fiber).

The thoughtful design of the apartment actually offers two independent suites (two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms). In the main bedroom is a (180x200 cm) bed, in another (90x190cm) two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan with lamp and a remote control.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, combi oven-microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and other small kitchen appliances.

The bathrooms have a bath or walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a bidet in one of the bathrooms. Both bathrooms have an area with the underfloor heating. 

Bath towels and bed linen are of course provided and included in the rental price
(1 set of linen and 2 towels per person). Pool towels are also available to save you some luggage space!
The beds are made on arrival and the apartment is fully prepared to make your holiday as easy and relaxing as possible.

The apartment has communal swimming pool and is located in the beautiful garden in a private complex.

The apartment also has its own parking space in the indoor garage and there is ample parking in the immediate vicinity.

This area is known for having one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa del Sol.
In Playa Las Dunas de Cabopino (dune area) you can walk and in the port of Cabopino Marina you can also enjoy delicious food. You can also enjoy the dishes of the famous Da Bruno Cabopino restaurant (a 5-minute walk away). There is also a footpath along the beach between Cabopino and Cala de Mijas (1.5 hour long walk). The beach and the port of Cabopino are a 10-minute walk from the penthouse (for this it is necessary to cross the N-340 road). You can also use Cabopino Golf Club which is also located nearby.
