The apartment is located between the mountains and the sea, in the golf estate "La Cala" with three beautiful golf courses and known as one of the most beautiful golf resorts in Andalusia. The apartment has a living room with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. In the master bedroom there are 2 single beds (90 x 200cm), spacious built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. In the second bedroom there are also 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating, WIFI, internet and satellite TV. A beautiful terrace of 50m2, partly covered and south-east oriented, has a seating area, a dining table and 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. From the terrace (equipped with sun blinds) you have a panoramic view of the coastline, the golf and the mountains.

You can also enjoy a beautiful communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols and a children's pool.
Parking is available in the underground garage (1 parking space).
Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment is located near the La Cala Golf Hotel and a 10-minute drive from the village of La Cala De Mijas and the beach, 25 minutes from Malaga airport and 25 minutes from Marbella.
