Just 5 minutes drive from La Cala de Mijas and the white sandy beach, our bright and spacious apartment is situated on a hill with panoramic views of the sea and the evergreen golf courses of Calanova Golf and the pleasant coast. Our apartment has a living area of 100m2 and a 50m2 sunny terrace on the south-east with sufficient shade through the roof and pergola. Our apartment is modern, comfortable, warm and fully furnished and the house is equipped with a new (built in 2023) silent air conditioning. On the terrace is a gas BBQ, nice sun beds, a small sitting area and a large dining table with 4 chairs.

Our apartment was completely renovated after purchase in July 2022.
The bedrooms are equipped with new box springs and sheets. Bath towels, kitchen linen, beach towels are included. There is a washer/dryer in the pantry for laundry in between. For the cooler months there is infrared underfloor heating with a soft PVC floor, the air conditioning can also be used for heating.

Our apartment is delivered clean upon arrival, there are hand soap pumps and toilet paper and cleaning products for your own interim cleaning.
There is a fast free WiFi connection and you can stream all your favorite programs to the smart TV, standard streaming services such as Netflix and NLziet can also be used.

Our apartment is located in the gated community of La Cala Hilll Club on the 2nd floor. Within La Cala Hill club there are 167 apartments, 3 swimming pools, saunas, chill-out area, gym (free if reserved) and a large communal garden. From the block there is one swimming pool and the communal garden directly accessible.
Here you will find peace and space and yet all necessary facilities can be reached within 5 minutes by car, such as in La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda and within fifteen minutes Fuengirola and Marbella.
Malaga airport is only a 30 minute drive away.

Calanova Golf Club (18 holes) is located right in front of the complex and has an excellent affordable restaurant with a panoramic terrace where, in addition to lunch and dinner, you can also enjoy a breakfast buffet for € 9.00. Non-golfers are also welcome here. There is also a large golf shop here. This area is a paradise for golfers with many golf courses in the area including the three 18 hole courses at La Cala, Santana and Chaparral and Lauro golf 25 minutes away. Of course there are also many courses around Marbella and Estepona.

We are Jari and Hillie from Lelystad and since July 2022 owner of this nice apartment with panoramic view. It is wonderful to relax on the spacious terrace at any time of the day and there is always something to see.
Sun and shade can be found on the terrace or under the pergola from early in the morning until late in the afternoon. Our apartment has recently been completely painted inside and equipped with brand new furniture and new box-spring beds.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Spanish law requires a copy of a valid ID for persons aged 16 and over. Upon arrival, your ID will be copied. You can also let us know in advance by email.
The person responsible for the booking must be at least 30 years old and check in person upon arrival. No groups of young people and no parties allowed.

Unfortunately, pets cannot be allowed.

Arrival at the house between 15.00 - 22.00 in the evening, departure no later than 10.00 in the morning.
Arrival outside these times in consultation and after 22:00 possible with surcharge.

La Cala Hill Club has a silence period between 23:00 and 09:00.

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent.'
