The apartment is equipped with every luxury. There is satellite TV, internet (WIFI) air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
Furnishings: Two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms: 1 with toilet, bath/shower and bidet and 1 bathroom with toilet and shower. Linens such as bed linen, towels, shower towels etc. are provided. Lots of closet space. One large living/dining room. Open kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room and bedrooms have shutters and railings. Lovely large terrace (36m2) overlooking the golf course. Barbecue is available. Ideal for a delicious lunch and dinner outside.
The complex
The Miraflores Golf Garden apartment complex is a secure complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a fence for child safety. The garden and swimming pool are maintained and cleaned every day by our own staff. The apartment has its own covered parking, where your car is safe at all times. Each block has an elevator. The entire complex is adapted for disabled people. The apartment is a 1 km walk from the beach and is located directly on the Miraflores Golf Course. In the immediate vicinity there are a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.
Overwintering is also possible in our apartment for a reasonable price.
Overwintering is possible from November 15 to April 30. The minimum rental period is 1 month.
