Our own apartment in Cala de Mijas located between Malaga (20 mins from the airport) and Marbella is the ideal base to explore Andalusia. Also ideal for avid golfers with over 30 golf courses within driving distance.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and is located in the gated community of La Cala Hilll Club on the 2nd floor (below penthouse). The spacious terrace of 40m2 overlooks La Calanova Golf Course, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountain area around La Cala.

La Cala Hill Club has a total of 3 swimming pools and a gym.

Given the location of the apartment, a car (rental) is necessary. Within a 10 minute drive you are in the village of La Cala de MIjas. La Calanova Golf Course is a 3 minute drive away.

The apartment is not suitable for babies and young children.

Let introduce ourselves. We are Elsa and Andre from Groningen and have been coming to Spain for several years. Recently (July 2021) our wish has been fulfilled and we have become the owner of our apartment in La Cala de Mijas. As you have already seen, Casa Elan is a combination of our two first letters of our first names. But elan also stands for appearance which we want to realize with our apartment.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The reservation is only final if we have let you know by email. On arrival, the apartment is available from 15:00. You must leave the apartment before 10:00 am on departure. Early arrival or late departure is only possible in consultation. However, additional costs may be charged for this.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
