Lovely apartment in a kind of green oasis with communal swimming pool, BBQ area and covered picnic area.

After seeing many homes, we said "yes!" feeling.
This is a place where you will enjoy your holiday in Spain and an ideal base from which to explore Andalusia.

The house is only 5 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk from the beach, where you can enjoy a truly delicious meal at the restaurant & beach club "Luna Beach" and enjoy the wonderful Spanish outdoor life on the beach.

Searching for a holiday home in Andalusia we came across this super located small resort. We fell in love immediately. After a while of waiting, this house became available, which was exactly what we wanted in terms of location on the resort.
We experience Andalusia every time as a wonderful experience and enjoy the beautiful beaches, nature, delicious food and friendly people.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General price conditions
- Prices are based on an occupancy of 4 people. 
- The house is available for a maximum of 4 people. 
- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge € 90).

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the trip by the renter, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rent;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rent;
3. Cancellation up to the day of departure: 90% of the rent;
4. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival: full rent
Arrival and departure
The bungalow is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure. If the house is not rented out before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be postponed in consultation.

Breakage and damage
In case of damage to the apartment or inventory, you must report this. They will have the damage taken and repair it as soon as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is at our expense. Other (breakage) damage is at the expense of tenants. At the end of the rental period, the property will be inspected by our property manager and, where necessary, report to us.
