Secluded property with south/west orientation. The garden offers several patios which are furnished and designed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sun or shade. On the upper part of the plot is the private kidney-shaped pool and a pool house for relaxing siestas. The area offers 6+ sunbeds, umbrellas, shower and coffee table and chairs. From here you also have a stunning view. 

The house is on two levels where the ground floor holds, hallway, living room, kitchen, small office and a toilet which houses the washing machine. The living room and kitchen has an open floor plan with a large comfortable sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connected stereo and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need such as dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, mixer etc.

The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has big windows with incredible views of the sea directly from the bed. The room is large and airy with plenty of storage and has en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. The two other rooms are also spacious with great views and plenty of storage. One of the rooms has a compact bathroom and there is also a bathroom with shower in the hallway. All rooms have air conditioning and double beds with comfortable mattresses of high quality. 

The property is ideal for 6 adults. Parking is available outside the house. Pets are not allowed and no smoking indoors. 

The house is in walking distance to most things, but it is located on a hill so the walk home provides some good exercise!! The beach is within a 10 min walk (approximately 900 m) from the house. A popular restaurant and a large well-stocked supermarket are within 5 min.  

The location is perfect, only 30 minutes to Malaga airport and near to Andalusia’s beautiful scenery and exciting places. Besides stunning beaches there are opportunities for golf, tennis, hiking and markets in the neighbourhood.  La Cala is a pretty village located by the sea and offers everything you need. It’s situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol on the Mijas Costa where you have a fabulous, 2 km stretch of “Blue Flag” sandy beach. A beach that has been awarded the blue flag means that it meets the organisations standards.

With Costa del Sol enjoying 320 days of sunshine on average each year, the beach remains tranquil but popular for sun worshipers. You will love the charm of this old fishing pueblo. The prestigious resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are also just a short drive along the coast.

Inland La Cala is for the golfer and lovers of the outdoors. Here you can find plenty of high-quality golf courses to play a round or two on and the wonderful, natural countryside to spend the day discovering by foot, mountain bike or horseback.
