The apartment is beautifully furnished, is light and airy, with a full-width sunny terrace that gives amazing views of the community gardens, pool, and the sea.
The apartment building was completed in 2023, hence everything is fresh and new, both in the community and the apartment itself.
Parking
The apartment has a dedicated parking space in the underground car park, with secure access from the road. The lift from the car park brings you directly to the landing that is shared with only 1 other apartment.
Layout
The first thing you will be aware of when entering the apartment is the light and space. The light enters through full-width sliding glass running right along the living, dining and kitchen area, leading to the large terrace, which is south east facing and ideal for sunbathing and taking in the lovely views.
The front door opens onto a hallway, straight on are the bedrooms and bathrooms, and to the right is the stylish, well furnished kitchen, dining room and sitting room.
Kitchen
The spacious and well equipped kitchen is separated from the dining and sitting room area by a good sized island running most of the breadth of the kitchen . The washing/dryer is accommodated in a utility cupboard, along with cleaning equipment.
Living Area
The dinning room has a table which comfortably sits 6 people, has overhead lighting, and overlooks the terrace and views.
The sitting room has an L shaped sofa, suitable for 6 people, coffee table, and a large wall mounted TV. There is lots of lighting for the evenings, but the enormous full width glass sliding doors on to the terrace, provide all the light you need for during the day.
Main Terrace
Full-width sliding glass doors provide access to the spacious terrace overlooking the communal gardens and pool, with views of the sea in the distant. There is a dining table for outside eating as well as a sofa and chairs for lounging about in the sun.
Bedroom and Bathroom quarters
The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway that connects the bedrooms to the rest of the apartment.
There is large walk-in wardrobe to the left of the bedroom entrance, with ample storage for clothes, including wardrobe space, drawers and shelving.
To the right of the bedroom entrance there is a large shower room, toilet, and his-and-hers washbasins, with heated flooring.
The bedroom itself has a double aspect with one window giving the views of the gardens, and the other with a French window giving access to a private terrace, ideal for morning coffee or when you need some “me time” with a book and glass of wine.
There is a wall-mounted TV in this bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe with plenty of space and a large window, making the room light.
Opposite the second bedroom there is a family and visitors bathroom and toilet, with a generously sized shower area.
Both bedrooms have their own Air-conditioning and heating controls.
Living Area
The sitting area compromises of a large and comfortable sofa, coffee table, and large wall-mounted TV.
For those who prefer indoor eating, the dining area has a good size table with 6 chairs, with ample room for all the family to dine.
There is a laundry room off the kitchen with the washer-dryer, water heater, and storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped including ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need for cooking during your holiday.

Higueron West is built on the hillside of Sierra de Mijas, between the beachside village of Carvajal and the road linking Fuengirola to Mijas Pueblo, hence giving it a commanding view of the area and the seaside.
Higueron West is a luxury development with access to the hotel's facilities including: spa, tennis courts, gym, and regular shuttles that take residents and guests to the Carvajal beach, Carvajal Train Station, the supermarkets, etc.
This is a much sought-after area for vacations as well as permanent living.
