Apartamento Mora is a 2-bedroom Apartment set in the heart of the Puebla Aida. The property overlooks the Infinity Pool and the valley from the main terrace off the sitting room and the main bedroom. As the property is East Facing, the terrace enjoys sunshine most of the afternoon and the evening.
Although this is a second floor apartment, it has a direct ramp access from the street making it easier to access for people with limited mobility (not suitable for wheelchairs though).
Entrance
The entrance is directly from street via secure gates and ramp into the entrance hall leading.
Living Area
On entering the property you have the fully equipped kitchen to your left, the living area straight on, and 2 bedrooms and their respective bathrooms to your right.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and plenty of work space.
The living and dining area are configured as open-plan with large sliding glass doors that leads on to the full length terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace can be accessed via the sitting room or the Master Bedroom.
Bedrooms
Immediately the right of the entrance hall is the family bathroom with a full-size shower unit, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and window to the east allowing natural light to enter the room.
The master bedroom is located to the front of the house which means it enjoys great views of the pool area with access to the terrace. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Built-in Wardrobes, ceiling fan, and a large full length French windows leading to the terrace.

Puebla Aida is located on Mijas Golf Urbanisation ans is only 15 minutes drive from Fuengirola beach as well as easy access to Mijas Costa beach, El Faro beach, and Calahonda beach. There is a water-park within 10 minutes drive which will keep the kids happy when they get fed up with the beach!
Mijas Golf
Mijas Golf is part of Mijas Pueblo and developed in 1980s to provide quality golf and holiday destination. Mijas Golf has 2 golf courses of it's own and is between the old Mijas Pueblo and Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol and is only 15 minutes away from the beaches of Fuengirola, El Faro, and Riveria del Sol.
Only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to Malaga, Marbella and all other main Costa del Sol Attractions.
Shops, Supermarket, Miramar shopping centre and 6-screen cinema are all just 10 minutes drive.

- No unsupervised use of the pool by children under the age of 16.
- All guests must observe pool regulation displayed at all 4 pools.
- No hanging of washing or towels outside other than on designated clothes drying units provided.
