With three lovely terraces, including one just off the Master bedroom, a large covered terrace reached via the sitting room, as well as a terrace perfect for you sun-worshippers at the front of the property.

All of the bedrooms are of generous proportions, with 2 having their own en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms including the Master bedroom are on the top floor.

The property has its own secure garage, plus additional parking available within the gated community.

The community offers 2 communal pools and a tennis court, all set amongst beautifully manicured gardens and pathways.

Accommodation
You enter the ground floor either via the garage or by the stairs found at the main entrance. This ground-floor area also includes a laundry room.

The stairs from the garage rises to the 1st floor of the house where you will find the front door, which leads to the large front terrace. The dining room with its stunning views, a good sized comfortable sitting room, and the fully equipped spacious kitchen.

The main terrace is accessible directly from the kitchen and the sitting room. The terrace is a very spacious, which has a seating nook (ideal for a good read), a large round dining table, gas BBQ, and a fridge to keep your drinks cool. The covered terrace means it can be used even at the hottest time of the day in the summer, or when the weather is not so kind in the winter.

Stairs lead to the top floor landing, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.

The Master bedroom has its own private terrace, with pretty views overlooking the community grounds and the golf course, wall mounted TV and a very smart en suite.

2 additional bedrooms (1 with en-suite), both have a full view of the valley, with a partial sea views in the distance. The larger bedroom has an en-suite with its own small balcony. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed, with a bathroom just across the landing.

Location
Miraflores is a sought-after location for holiday makers as well as permanent residents due to its proximity to the beach, local amenities, and fast access to both A7 and AP7, which are the main links between Malaga and Marbella. Marbella is only 16 KM and Malaga Airport is just over 35km ( 30 minutes drive), making the entire Costa del Sol easily accessible.

  4. Villa and Community facilities to be used only by the number of people booked on this reservation.
  5. No unsupervised use of the pool by children under the age of 16.
  6. Amenities are for exclusive use of the guests staying & registered as guests.
  7. Visitors are not allowed to use the pool, tennis court, or the parking.

  • 75% remaining is payable 60 Days prior to arrival
  • Final Cleaning Fee of €350 is charged per booking irrespective of length of stay
