This is a beautifully renovated and spacious three bedroom ground floor apartment with a bathroom. This house has sea views and a very large south-facing terrace with sun loungers. There is air conditioning/heating in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. Towels and sheets are provided. There is no swimming pool. There is sufficient (street) parking, but it is busy in August. Because everything is on one floor from the street, this house is also suitable for people in wheelchairs.

The location is perfectly served, with easy access by train from Malaga airport, just a 2 minute walk to the property. Furthermore, a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, while the beach and various restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes. This offers a convenient and central location for a comfortable stay close to amenities and leisure options.

We are two sisters (Monique and Jeannette) who grew up here on the Costa del Sol and have fulfilled a wish by renovating this house and sharing it with you. It is spacious, bright, sunny with sea views and the location is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the train, 5 minutes to the supermarket (also the Dutch Spar) and 10 minutes to the beach!

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable to pay 20% of the rental price, and 40% if the rental price is canceled up to 3 weeks.

If the tenant announces 2 weeks before the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
