Casa Rosada is a spacious Town house of 160 m2 on the Costa del Sol, in the picturesque village of La Heredia de Monte Mayor. La Heredia is located about 7 kilometers inland from the authentic fishing village of Cancelada where, in addition to cozy restaurants, all large supermarkets can be found.
In the vicinity of La Heredia there are several nice places with something for everyone such as Benahavis, San Pedro d'Alcantara and Estepona, one of the nicest and most beautiful coastal towns in Andalusia, also called the 'Garden of the Costa del Sol'. The fashionable leafy town of Marbella and luxury marina Puerto Banus are only a 25-minute drive away.
Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Heredia is the Marbella Club Golf resort, one of the most beautiful courses on the Costa with views over the African coastline and Gibraltar and a cozy clubhouse that is also accessible to non-golfers. Within a 20-minute drive are a further five 18-hole courses.
Casa Rosada marks the entrance to the Heredia so that every window has spectacular views of the sea and the mountains. The house has a spacious cozy living room with dining area and a large well-equipped kitchen. Both the living room and kitchen have patio doors to the balcony. On the lower floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the guest toilet. The ground floor also has a spacious terrace with a comfortable sitting area.
Both the bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. A 2-minute walk from the house is the communal swimming pool of La Heredia,
At the entrance of the Monte Mayor urbanization is the Lounge with a large terrace from which you have a beautiful view over the Monte Mayor estate. The Lounge is open for breakfast, drinks and snacks on a number of days a week. On Fridays, a special Friday afternoon drink is regularly organized.
In short, a wonderful retreat away from the crowds, but close to all the beaches, the extensive boulevards, chiringuitos, nightlife, golf and other attractions on the Costa del Sol.
