The beautiful Casa del Lago is, as the name reveals it, a modern and trendy semi-detached villa with breathtaking lake views, in the Marbella & Puerto Banus Hills. The house is located in the beautiful Zahara de Istán resort, an up market resort nestling in the lovely Sierra de la Nieves Nature Park, a Biosphere Reserve. At our Casa del Lago you will relax, rest and enjoy lake & mountains views from your private garden and terrace or dip into our pleasant community pool or enjoy the sun in the well maintained gardens.

The house is set above the hills of glamorous Puerto Banus and Marbella, 40 minutes from Malaga Airport and less than 10 minutes from the beach and from the authentic Andalusian Village of Istán.

Downtown Marbella, Puerto Banus, beaches, shopping and golf courses are all within a ten-minute drive.
Zahara de Istán finds itself in a beautiful area dominated by the deep blue colour of the lake and its lush Mediterranean vegetation.

Our property Casa del Lago really boasts truly stunning views of the lake, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your private terrace living, dining or bedroom.
Night time brings an opportunity to view the starlit night skies where only the sounds of nature can be heard.
Our large communal swimming pool (with showers and WC facilities) is set within beautifully maintained gardens just a two minute walk away.

The house is as new, first occupied in the fall of 2015. Build on 250 m² of land, it was recently furnished. With its contemporary décor; all rooms have large bay windows, enjoy a sea of light and are equipped with every comfort. Central cooling and heating in all rooms? dining area for six persons, Smart LED TV 48-inch, with international channels in English, French, Dutch, German and many others, FIBER OPTIC WIFI, washing machine, everything you need to spend a memorable vacation in a house with for 2 to 6 persons (extra baby cots on request).

The house offers a master bedroom with queen-sized bed (160 cm) and two bedrooms where you can choose a double bed or two single beds.

The master bedroom features a private bathroom including bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The second spacious bathroom also features a bathtub with shower, toilet and large vanity. All the bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped. (Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, kitchen appliances, Nespresso machine, iron/board, etc.)

The spacious living & dining is room fully equipped with brand new furniture. There is a large selection of DVDs and books to enjoy during your stay and various other games.

On both living room terrace as well as the garden terrace there is a large dining table that seats 6 people, a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Terrace and garden have new patio furniture, sun beds, lounge area and awnings to enjoy the excellent climate with sunshine over 320 days a year. Ask for our special monthly winter rates!
