Practical information and booking conditions
We want to be transparent about the conditions of your stay:
A deposit of € 500 is required on arrival (payment by pin). It will be refunded 7 days after your departure, provided no damage has been found.
Air conditioning is included in the rooms only. A flat rate of € 30 per week applies on arrival. Above this fixed rate, you pay according to consumption (average cost: €1 per hour of use).
Pets: One medium-sized pet is allowed with prior permission from us. There is an extra charge of €50 per pet.
Long-term rental: For stays longer than 28 days, electricity costs will be charged separately at a rate of €0.35/kWh.
Minimum age: Please note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
