Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. The plot has a private fenced pool, accessible 24 hours, a garden, an outdoor terrace and a barbecue area, all this within a fenced 1170m2 enclosure making it ideal for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. Among the recommended destinations are the town of Comares (with its famous zip line), the Hotel Belén to taste tapas and homemade meals, the Butcher La Colmena, recognized for its local sausages, the Baena Bakery in Colmenar with its typical products and next to it, the Honey Museum. Up to 5 parking spaces are available within the premises. Families with children are allowed to stay. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. Bachelor parties, birthdays, communions or other similar celebrations can be arranged on request (and at an additional cost). Check-in is free until 10 pm, and with an additional charge after 10 pm.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the owner by email (even if they have already communicated this by phone). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the tenant's written cancellation date:

If the tenant cancels the contract up to 4 weeks before the start date of the rental period, they must pay 40% of the rental price, if they cancel from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 90%.

If the tenant informs the landlord on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rented item, the full rental price must be paid.
