Casa Zafirah

Casa Zafirah, is a comfortable and cozy holiday villa, in a rural location near one of the most beautiful white villages of the Axarquia, Comares. This secluded house has 2 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a nice living room with open kitchen, coffee bar and air conditioning. 
Outside, in front of the house, you have a covered terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views. In the garden is a large covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and Gas BBQ. There is also a roof terrace with views over the mountains to the beautiful white village of Comares. 
There are several seating areas and sunbeds, sun and shade spots. The garden is completely fenced. It has a cozy corner with the pool and the outdoor shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand blender, grill / sandwich maker and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the covered outdoor kitchen. There is WIFI.

The house is completely secluded in an authentic part of Andalusia. In the neighborhood you will regularly meet the shepherd.
It is a wonderful place for peace seekers, nature lovers and hikers. But there is also a lot to do for culture lovers in the beautiful cities of Malaga, Granada, Ronda, Cordoba and Gibraltar, for example. The beautiful city of Seville is a little further away but also very worthwhile with an overnight stay.
A visit to the magical village of Comares with its cute narrow streets, the cozy square with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains and the special cemetery at the top should not be missed. Everything still exudes the Moorish past. It starts with the beautiful entrance gate.

For the active guest, there is also plenty to do in this beautiful area. In addition to hiking, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking or a motorcycle or scooter tour through the beautiful interior, you can even climb the mountainside in Comares or glide over the mountains with the Tirolina. Comares also has a free Padel court. There are 4 rackets and padel balls in the house. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Sierra Nevada is only a short 2-hour drive away, so you can even ski or snowboard in the winter season. For hikers, the Caminito de Rey in Ardales or the exciting hiking trail El Saltillo in Canillas de Aceituno are also very worthwhile. But also a walk around the beautiful reservoir of Viñuela with a delicious lunch or dinner or Spa treatment in hotel Viñuela as a conclusion is possible. There are several bar/restaurants in the vicinity of Casa Zafira. Some in the village of Comares itself, 2 in the cozy Los Ventorros, with very regular live music in the weekends. The Spanish  restaurant Bar El Niño is 600 metres from Casa Zafirah and Restaurant Bar Ortega is about 4 km away. Bar Ortega is known for its delicious lamb on Sundays. Finca Elements of Marc and Madelon Waltman (Ik Vertrek) is also nearby. (Only 3 km from Casa Zafirah). They have a fantastic small-scale restaurant with delicious Asian dishes. Highly recommended! We will personally welcome you at Casa Zafirah with wonderfully made beds,  if it is cold we will make sure that the wood stove is burning. We want to give you a carefree holiday and hope that you feel at home in this nice house where you can relax in complete privacy.
