Welcome to the lovely Casa Avila , a lovely country house for 6 people with a 6x3m swimming pool and breathtaking panoramic views.

The cozy living room has a TV, seating area and fireplace, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Three bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, complemented by a bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower.
The expansive terrace, which surrounds the inviting pool area, offers charming seating areas with views of the surrounding mountains and picturesque hamlets.
Casa Avila invites you to enjoy an environment of unparalleled natural beauty, with distant views of the distinctive white Andalusian hamlets that define this region.

The house has been thoughtfully decorated so that you can enjoy a comfortable holiday experience. We provide bath, bed and kitchen linen for your convenience. There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, while fans cool the other bedrooms. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a small dishwasher.

Outside, the inviting swimming pool is surrounded by ample space for 'al fresco' dining, including garden furniture and parasols. The pool area is fenced.

Hidden in privacy, Casa Avila is discreetly hidden, yet only 3 km away from the charming hamlet of Los Ventorros, with two cozy bars and restaurants. Just 5 km away is the romantic Andalusian village of Comares, with restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, cash machine and a rich historical background. Follow the ceramic footprints through the streets of the village and discover Moorish history in the winding alleys.
The region also has plenty to offer for adventure seekers, with Andalucia's largest zipline and four via ferratas just outside Comares, along with sports fields and a free padel court.

For beach lovers, the award-winning Torre del Mar Beach is just 30 km from Casa Avila . Enjoy a day of beach fun and eat delicious fish dishes in one of the many beach bars.
