You are welcome in our three-storey Spanish holiday home located near the town of Manilva, the Puerto La Duquesa pleasure harbour and beach.

Altos del Golf also borders the golf course of "La Duquesa Golf" with great views of the sea. You can also have lunch and/or walk here.
The holiday home is part of the small-scale complex "Altos del Golf" consisting of 14 houses with a beautifully maintained garden and a shared swimming pool. On both sides of our house there is a terrace with private seating. Private sunbeds are at your disposal.
On the entrance side of the house inside is a spacious open kitchen with an adjacent spacious dining area.
The pool side of the house has a comfortable and spacious seating area with a fireplace inside. This living space also features a 50 inch smart TV and a heat/cold air conditioning unit.
On the first and second floors are the bedrooms that are intended for up to 6 people and 1 baby. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
From the spacious roof terrace has a great view of a large nature reserve.
The spacious master bedroom has a balcony, an Ikea double bed (180*200), a dressing room and a mirror cabinet.
In each of the other two bedrooms there are two separate 1-person Ikea beds (90*200).
All three bedrooms and the living room have a hot and cold air conditioning unit.
There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms of the holiday home.
The house is equipped with many conveniences. For example, there is a Bosch washer/dryer combination on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is complete and fully electric and has, for example, a Nespresso coffee maker. There are also toys for the swimming pool, there is a camping (baby) bed and there is a baby/child seat.
