This villa is located in beautiful Andalusia, in the mountainous hinterland of Málaga, near the picturesque village of Comares. The landscape is characterized by many olive groves and nature reserves. You can relax here with family or friends.

Malaga airport is a 40-minute drive away. The beach of Torre del Mar can be reached within 40 minutes via beautiful roads. There is also a restaurant 200 meters from the villa where you can enjoy a delicious meal for a modest amount. Groceries can be done in Riogordo or Colmenar, a 15-minute drive from the property.

Around the villa there is a beautiful botanical garden, a sheltered terrace with lounge set, sun loungers and a private jacuzzi with a view of the mountains and the valley. The romantic oriental garden lighting makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale in the evening. On the front terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with a tasty breakfast. On the first floor, Casa Almendro has a partially sheltered roof terrace with a beautiful view. There is room for 2 cars and the house is equipped with air conditioning for heating in winter and cooling in summer.

Explanation of prices

The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
