Isla de Benalmadena 2 is a charming apartment for 4 people. It is located in the center of the city, 80 meters from Santa Ana beach and close to all services. A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY!
The flat has an entrance hall, a living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and direct access to a nice terrace.

The property also has a very good INTERNET connection, secure private parking in the building and accessible by lift, a barbecue area, air conditioning, a communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens.
The communal swimming pool is reserved for the residents of this complex and is open all year round. Air conditioning is available throughout the property.
This small building is located in a quiet street, within walking distance of banks, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.
The famous Puerto Marina is about a 10-minute walk from the flat.

Benalmadena Costa has numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Especially in the marina there are many international restaurants, nice to discover a different cuisine every day.
Tivoli World, the theme park for children is nearby. The beautiful zoo of Fuengirola and the beautiful Parque Palomo, with its special birds and a beautiful lake, are just a short distance from the apartment.
This area is known for its beautiful beaches. You have a wide choice: from quiet family beaches to party beaches with fashionable beach clubs.

One of the most popular activities on the Costa is golf. There are over 50 golf courses in the area, beautifully situated in mountain and coastal locations, with spectacular views over the surrounding area and the sea.
Less well known, but well worth a visit, are the extensive protected national parks around the province of Malaga, often a short drive inland.
You can go hiking, caving, wild swimming, 4x4 driving, horseback riding and enjoy many other adventure activities.
Should you prefer a quieter excursion, we recommend a drive to the beautiful white villages of the Axarquia region, perhaps the most beautiful in all of Spain. Here you will discover the real Spanish life and you can get acquainted with the unique way of living and working of the friendly residents. Highly recommended!

Enjoying fantastic weather, a great environment, the historic city center with unique facades, numerous museums and, last but not least, a gastronomic highlight in one (or more) of the many restaurants and bars: that is Malaga, the city that crawls into the heart of everyone who visits it. Malaga, located by the sea, cultural and gastronomic pearl with the famous Calle Larios, one of the most beautiful shopping streets in Europe. Every street and alley has something special in store and we invite you to come and discover it !

The beautiful mountain village of Mijas, from where you can even see Africa on a clear day, is only a 15-minute drive from the apartment. And you can easily visit the elegant outskirts of Puerto Banus and admire the beautiful marina.
Of course it is also possible to visit Granada and the beautiful Alhambra palace, Cordoba with its world-famous Mezquita or Seville, the beautiful capital of Andalusia. If you don't want to do it on your own, there are many travel agencies in Benalmadena that organize these trips.

We rent and manage properties in the province of Andalusia. We think this area is the best in Spain. To start with, the weather is nice almost all year round! We also have beautiful seaside resorts, white towns and villages and breathtaking scenery. We're sure you'll love Andalusia as much as we do, and you'll want to come back. That was the case with me, I arrived here 17 years ago and never went back!.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy


To reserve you must pay 50% immediately and the remaining 50% 60 days before your stay. After receiving the first payment, we will send you your contract and confirmation by email. After receiving the second payment we will send you an email with information/routes and instructions for collecting the keys.


FREE: Use of the communal pool and beautiful gardens (open all year), use of a cot and high chair (to be specified when booking), high-speed INTERNET throughout the flat. Air conditioning throughout the flat, secure private parking, use of bed, bath and kitchen linen, electricity consumption. We ask all our guests to leave the apartment as they found it. Upon arrival you must pay a deposit of €300 by credit card. This will of course be refunded if no damage is found. You can move into the house from 4:00 PM. A car is not really necessary at this accommodation.

If you have rented your accommodation on a monthly basis, please note that the monthly rental includes electricity up to a certain limit. If you exceed the agreed limit, an electricity surcharge will be charged. Electricity is charged at €0.35 per unit/kw.

For late tenants we offer an automatic check-in with free key collection.
