The apartment is located in the Las Lomas de Benalmar residence, a stone's throw from Avenida de Las Palmeras, transport, shops and the beach. Composed of an air-conditioned bedroom, a 160x200 bed and a closet, an equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people, a sunny 10 m2 south-facing terrace with mountain views. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washing machine. Ultrafast WiFi, free air conditioning, TV with Chromecast to enjoy your favorite applications and channels are at your disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, induction hobs and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably during your stay.
Are you travelling with a baby? A travel cot is at your disposal free of charge.
The communal swimming pool is at your disposal during opening hours and periods, with free sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue area.
For the beach, umbrellas are also at your disposal, we ask you to return them clean in their cover at the end of your stay.
Have you left your car in the garage? Bus and metro stops are easily accessible on foot and will take you to the beautiful surrounding towns, including Malaga.
Are you travelling by car? The free communal parking of the residence is at your disposal.

Important information:
The town of Benalmadena has many streets that are more or less steep. The access to the house is therefore either via one of these sloping streets, or via the stairs in the house as shown in one of the photos in the advertisement.

Be careful when you are on the terrace, the casement window to the terrace does not open from the outside. So be careful not to slide the door all the way shut when you're outside, or you'll get stuck on the balcony. Any intervention to open the window is 100% the responsibility of the tenant.

Security: Motion sensor for alarm and operation of electrical appliances, it is strictly forbidden to touch, disconnect and/and hide it, otherwise the electricity will be cut off and no device will work. Any intervention to put the sensor back into operation will be charged 100% to the tenant.

It is forbidden to disconnect the internet box. Any intervention to put the internet box back into use will be charged 100% to the tenant.

For families with babies, a travel cot is provided free of charge. You are requested to clean it after use, fold it and store it in the closet.
