Enjoy a home away from home in our luxurious beachside private house located in Benajarafe, Spain. Our beautiful space is perfect for families looking for a peaceful getaway to unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Situated just a two-minute stroll away from the beach, where you can explore the nearby restaurants and cafes with delicious cuisine for your lunch spot or evening meal. Our home is well equipped and recently renovated. It has a terrace with table and chairs and a view of the beach from the terrace.

The home has air conditioing for the summer and heating for the winter operated by coins. The wifi is excellent being fibre optic and the home is modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen diner.We are available throughout the stay for messages and phone calls number provided on confirmed booking. We live close by and can attend if requested. The house is only 100m from the beach and in the centre of Benajarafe.

Hello, I’m Pedro, and I’m Spanish, living just nearby the house. My partner, Theresa, is Irish, and together we manage the property. I’m a qualified electrician, and we’re always here to assist if you need anything during your stay. Our aim is for you to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time, so we’ll only visit if there’s an issue or if you need help. We occasionally use the house for family visits, as we absolutely love this area, and we hope you will too.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit:

Deposit is €150

Booking fees will be paid as follows:

30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arival including the deposit of €150
100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks

Cancellation costs:

More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount
Within 8 weeks before arrival date 100% of the total amount

Extra costs:

Air conditioning cost depends on usage - charged at normal electricity rate usually about €10 - €20 a week via coin meter

Pets:
Dogs allowed via prior arrangement at a charge of €75 per booking for the extra cleaning - to be paid in person by cash on arival
