Our lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is available for rent in the best part of the Costa del Sol. Cala de Mijas is conveniently located between Malaga and Marbella, around a 20-minute drive from both towns. A former fishing village, now a lively town with a beautiful beach, many bars and restaurants which are open late into the night to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle!

The apartment, which is rented by the owner, is very luxuriously furnished and is located in an exclusive, gated community of La Cala Hills Club, overlooking the Calanova golf course, the Mediterranean sea and the mountain area of La Cala.

The fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite. The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality bedding, pillows, duvets and blankets. We provide plenty of towels for all our guests, including 4 beach towels. The main bedroom has a smart TV with international TV channels.

In our fully equipped kitchen you will find Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, mixer and plenty of pots and pans to cook whatever you want. We also provide all the necessary crockery, plates and of course glasses to enjoy the fine wines, sangrias and cavas that Spain has to offer.

The living room is furnished with modern furniture, including a 5-seater leather sofa, a rustic solid wood dining table, designer lamps, etc. The 49" smart TV offers an additional package for our guests, which gives access to English, German, Dutch, Belgian TV and also the Sports channels. This is in addition to the already extensive international selection of cable TV channels. For music and radio fans, we have a Sonos sound system.

In Spain, the outdoors is more important than the inside, and this is where our home really shines. As our apartment is a corner unit, we have a terrace of more than 100 m² with several sitting areas, sun loungers and a dining table for 6 people. What's better than a candlelit dinner while gazing out at the ever-changing sea?

The apartment has a private parking space under the building, close to the lift, which means that bringing the groceries home is no problem at all.

The gated community has 3 swimming pools, a well-equipped gym (Techno Gym), sauna, jacuzzi and a chill out area, all accessible to our guests.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is available for rent in the best area of the Costa del Sol. The exclusive La Cala Hill Club is located in Cala de Mijas, a 25-minute drive from Malaga International Airport.

The luxury apartment is located on the hillside, giving you stunning views over the coastline and mountains all the way to the Sierra Nevada. There are also views of one of the best golf clubs in the Costa del Sol, Calanova Golf with stunning views, a very well maintained golf course and one of the best pro shops in southern Spain. We also recommend their restaurant with a beautiful view over the sea and delicious food. All this just a 5-minute drive away!

Our apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via our private parking by elevator, making shopping a simple experience. The village has several supermarkets (Mercadona, SuperSol, ALDI etc.), restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors etc. But if you need the amenities of a big city, Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella is just a 20-minute drive away.

We are a Dutch-Hungarian couple, currently living in Hong Kong.
We bought this new apartment in August 2018. While traveling in Spain we found this little gem and we immediately fell in love with the location and the beautiful view.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Our prices are all-in with the exception of the so-called Change-over costs, which include the "meet-and-greet" costs and the cleaning costs after check-out. These costs are EUR 110 per booking.

We require a deposit of EUR 150 upon booking. The rest must be paid 30 days before arrival. We also ask for a guarantee deposit of EUR 250, which will be refunded within 14 days after check out if everything has been left in good order.

If cancelled up to 30 days before the start date, we will refund 100%. If the cancellation is made 15-30 days before the start of the trip, a 50% refund will be given. Unfortunately, a refund within 15 days before the start is not possible. The guarantee deposit will be refunded at all times.

Spanish law requires a completed booking form and a copy of the valid identity document for persons aged 16 years and older. Without these details we are unfortunately not allowed to accept a booking.

The person responsible for the booking must be at least 25 years old.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be allowed.
La Cala Hill Club has a silence period between 24:00 and 10:00.

Due to the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, which comes into effect on December 2, 2024, you are requested to provide our property manager with information that he must share with the Spanish national authorities. Prior to your arrival, our property manager will contact you to collect.
