Explanation of prices

The rental price is based on a stay of at least 5 days and includes energy consumption and internet. The landlord reserves the right to charge a surplus in the event of excessive electricity consumption (such as leaving the air conditioning on). The deposit is 250 € and the cleaning costs 100 €, to be paid on or before the commencement date of the rental.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in the event of cancellation up to 4 weeks 50% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 80%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will continue to pay the full rental price. owed.
