Casa Saar Luxury Alhaurin Golf is a ground floor apartment with terrace on the communal well-maintained garden. Through the garden you can reach the swimming pool (not heated). The location of the apartment is very convenient as there is sun from 10:00 in the morning until sunset.
The attractively furnished house consists of a living room with sitting area and dining table. Through the hallway you reach the two bedrooms, both with a comfortable double bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, sink and toilet. In the master bedroom there is a desk which can be used as a workplace. There is also a safe in this room to store your valuables.
The second bedroom has a separate bathroom that is also fully equipped. In both bedrooms there are blackout shutters and built-in wardrobes with sufficient storage and hanging space.
The kitchen which you can reach through the living room is fully equipped, namely: kettle - dishwasher - refrigerator - washing machine - freezer - 4-burner induction hob - toaster - Nespresso coffee maker - oven and a microwave.
In the house there is of course fast internet and a smart TV with all international channels. All rooms are air-conditioned.
