The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Inside you will find a bright living room with sitting and dining area, a practical kitchen and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds with new mattresses. The bathroom is neat and complete.
Outside, the real enjoyment begins. The spacious roof terrace offers plenty of privacy and is the ideal place to relax, eat or just enjoy the sun and tranquility. In addition, you have a spacious balcony of approximately 20 m² with BBQ, a dining table and a comfortable lounge area.
The location is ideal: within a few minutes you can walk to the beach, cozy restaurants, bars and shops. The chiringuitos by the sea are also a short distance away. Everything is close by, while you still stay quietly.
But that's not all, less than a 15-minute drive away you will find a beautiful golf course Aguilón Golf. And there are more beautiful golf courses in the area. So even if you like golf, this is a fantastic place.
A short distance away you will also find the very impressive Geoda de Pulpí, a unique crystal cave that is definitely worth a visit.
