An attractive recently built detached villa with solarium-roof terrace in a closed bungalow park. In the park Veramar 6, there are 15 vila's and further apartments. The park is located on the sea side of a - not busy - access road, so you do not have to cross to walk to the beach and the sea, 300 meters away.


Naturally, the villa is equipped with every comfort, such as air conditioning in all rooms, fully furnished with dishwasher and washing machine, you can rent internet access separately. Outside the two bedrooms with double beds there is a sofa bed in the living room for two not too large persons. There is a Blu-ray DVD player in addition to TV on which the Netherlands can also be received. Through a French door in the living room or the central entrance door you enter the lower terrace and gravel garden, equipped with a parasol and now large enough tree with sunbeds, tables and chairs.

You can park your car (s) on the private grounds of the villa with a private gate.

The villa is located less than 300 meters from a very wide and very spacious sandy beach and close to a naturist area. At and on the beach there are freshwater showers, permanent lif-guard in the summer with a watchtower, bars, restaurants. You can walk for hours along the sea towards the coastal town of Garrucha with all facilities. In the other direction you now walk along a nature reserve where you automatically walk against further apart - usually wooden - bars / restaurants or a large hotel with bars and restaurants around it.

If you don't fancy the beach and sea for a day, you can walk to a water park about 250 meters away. You walk past (again) some restaurants / bars where many work and business people stay, and past the local large supermarket "Consum". This is located about 200 meters from the villa.

After the beach you can also go to the beautiful communal swimming pool with showers, toilets, sunbathing lawn with sun loungers for packing and an integrated children's pool. This is located "around the corner" at 30 meters from the villa.

You can rent bicycles (very reasonable to very cheap) from a Dutch person who lives here permanently and who refurbishes and repairs bicycles for the hobby.
You will be welcomed by an older Dutch couple who also live here permanently and now speak good Spanish. They are available for information and your questions.

If you want, take a look at the -blood-hot- but very beautifully landscaped Golf Complex "Dessert Springs" where many English people live and you can find all information about golf in the central bar / restaurant complex with shops, outdoor seating areas, water features, and so on. This large golf course complex is located inland about 8 kilometers from the villa. When you drive up you will pass a kind of unmanned guardhouse where you can simply press the access button from the car and drive in.

Along the coast past Carrucha you drive / cycle to Mojacar, a very elongated urbanization of houses, hotels, restaurants, beach bars, shopping complexes and where there is plenty to do.
