Typical Spanish holiday duplex (house) in south-eastern Andalusia (Spain) with soothing panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, golf course, marina, mountains of the Alpujarras and the centre of Almerimar.

The town Almerimar is located on the Mediterranean coast. This region "Costa de Almeria" has a very soft and pleasant climate throughout the year. This means very little rain and the most sun hours per year in Europe. This makes Almerimar a perfect place to hibernate and for shorter holidays in summer. This town has much to offer, including a 27-hole golf course, marina in the centre of Almerimar, Natural reserve Punta Entinas-Sabinar, beaches on the Mediterranean and the mountains of the Alpujarras are close by. You will find several bars, restaurants, etc. in the centre. Towns like "El Ejido" and "Roquetas de Mar" are in the vicinity of Almerimar. The city "Almeria" is a 30 minutes drive away, the city of "Granada" and the "Sierra Nevada" mountains are about 90 minutes away and the city "Malaga" is 120 minutes drive away. The only European desert "Tabernas" can be reached within the hour as also the well-known park "Cabo de Gata". The airport of Almeria (LEI) and Park "Mini Hollywood" with its Zoo are both at a distance of only 40 minutes by car from Almerimar!!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices depend on the period you want to rent. The longer the period, the greater the discount. We will send the general rental conditions and the reservation form by e-mail. We ask that you return the completed form by e-mail. We ask for a deposit of 200 €uros by bank transfer. You can then pay the rent in cash upon arrival.
We will return the deposit at the end of the rental period.
For long rentals in winter we can propose a special price !!!!

The province of Almeria, the easternmost province of Andalusia, is very worthwhile. So you can experience the four seasons in just 2 days. You can go from the sea to the mountains, you can go from wetlands directly to the only European desert, you can go from the beach to the snow and you can choose between coastal apartments and rural ones.

This province has 10 golf courses, golf-lovers, depending on his level and interests, choose between a golf course along the Mediterranean Sea and overlooking snow capped mountains or a golf course in a valley with undulating greens or with a typical desert vegetation. There are nine marinas, that also hosts all kinds of water sport facilities. The town Almerimar is also known for its extremely good opportunities for windsurfers. The former world windsurfing champion has grown up in Almerimar and he has put Almerimar prominently on the map.
In the province of Almeria, various cultures left their mark. Especially the Arab and Catholic culture with historic buildings, like the Alcazaba of Almeria.
Bird lovers know Almeria probably because of the migration routes from Africa to Europe passing Almeria. Many birds stay a while in the province to recuperate before heading on. The nature parks Punta Entinas-Sabinar located next to Almerimar, where you can see many flamingos and the famous nature park Cabo de Gatas are very worthwhile.
Obviously the coastline of 200 km is very popular to people who care about a summer holiday with guaranteed sun. Almeria has an average of 320 sunny days a year. All types of beaches can be found, such as sandy beaches, coves, unspoilt beaches and shallow beaches ideal for families with small children.
People who enjoy hiking can choose from several routes throughout the province. These are indicated by SL (Sendero local), PR (pequeño recorrido) or GR (grande recorrido).

It is even possible after 2 hours drive from the beaches or Almerimar golf course to go skiing on the snow of the Sierra Nevada. (The southernmost ski resort in Europe and in good weather you can even see the sea).

This enormous variety makes the province of Almeria a very interesting place to visit for every kind of tourist and it's a guarantee for a successful holiday.
