Sun-drenched swimming pool. In June 2025, the reed mats along the mesh on the border with the neighbors were renewed. Insight is now minimal.
Behind the house, next to the (partially) covered terrace, is the private swimming pool [size 8 x 4 m]. Access via roman walk-in stairs, at the bottom you stand in water of ±105cm, at the end the pool is 1.8 m deep. A patio fan has been installed. In the background you can see the outdoor kitchen with bbq.
Large, partly covered terrace behind the house with enough space for a shady or sunny spot. There are plenty of sunbeds and chairs available to relax. The swimming pool is next to the terrace
To the side of the house, you arrive at the back, where the terrace and private swimming pool are located. At the end is the outdoor kitchen. In autumn 2023, a wall drying mill will be attached to the side wall. You will receive an explanation about this separately when booking. In overview photo 1 you can just see the laundry fluttering

There are plenty of sunbeds, which you can place in the sun or shade as desired The blue flower plants (Ruellia) along the wall were removed in autumn 2024
June 2025, this year no Berdolaga in the slanted pot, but summer bloomer Calibracha with its velvety deep purple flowers

To the side of the utility room is the garden house/outdoor storage. A drying rack can be hung on the garden house. There are also pull-out drying lines on the wall of the utility room.

... mountains on the right, behind which lies Mazarron. Along the fence Ruellia grows with blue 1-day flowers, we removed them at the back, because they became a nuisance in the pool and on the tiles
The path that leads to the communal Jeu de Boules court starts right in front of our villa. There is a set of Jeu de Boules balls in the house.
September 2023. The seating area with shelter and surrounding area at the Jeu de Boules courts, renovated in 2023. This site is also a unique walking area, with special Mediterranean plants. Cross the street and you are in the middle of nature
Autumn 2023. The 'campo' opposite our house. Every season is surprising with what grows and blooms there... this is at the covered seating area next to the Jeu de Boules courts
June 2025, if you come in the spring, the Jacarande trees will bloom on the campo, opposite the house
If you are lucky, this cactus will bloom in our own garden, during your stay. The flower opens at night and is at its best early in the morning, soon in the course of the morning it fades again.

Cabo Tinoso.. The headland, on which the cannons of Castillito, Jorel and Altalayon can be viewed, from this cape you have a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay, where Cartagena is located.
The bay of Mazarron, where the places and beaches of La Azohia, Isla Plana, Puerto de Mazarrón and Bolnuevo are located.
Santa Elena watchtower in La Azohia, the climb to it is very rewarding, you have a view of the Mediterranean with its crystal clear blue water and the breaking waves on the rocks. Beaches and bays stretch along the coast.
Puerto de Mazarron, the climb to Cabeza de Gavilan ...
.... is rewarded with a beautiful view of the bay. Miles of sandy beaches stretch along the entire coastline from Bolnuevo to La Azohia. The beach of Puerto de Mazarron is about a 6 km drive from the house
The coast beyond Bolnuevo also has countless bays and private beaches: a must!
In the 2th yellow flower box there are small succulents (Aptenia Cordifolia) with red flowers

September 2023. The 'çampo' opposite our house has continued to grow, in late summer the bushes bloom with a sea of flowers
