This fully equipped holiday villa is fully equipped and is located on the luxurious 5-star resort "Mazarron Country Club" in Mazarron. All located in a mountainous area with beautiful views. Close to the coast, beautiful nature and wonderful climate that will make you feel right at home. Enjoy all activities: golf, swimming, sports, cycling, sun and food. In addition, there is a restaurant in the park, a beautiful public swimming pool and within walking distance you can go to the Spar supermarket. The beach is 10 minutes away by car with plenty of parking space.

The holiday home has two 2-person rooms and on request a 5th person can stay in the tower of the villa. The large garden offers a private swimming pool of 4×8 m in which you can relax and on the spacious terrace you can eat in the open air or relax on the sunbeds. Be surprised by the possibilities of this villa, the rich culture of the region, the cleanest air and the most beautiful climate in Europe. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The following costs must be paid on site;

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

This beach is famous for its unique, mushroom-shaped limestone formations, an impressive natural phenomenon that should not be missed.
