The apartment can accommodate up to six people and has been furnished with great care and attention. We wanted to create a place where you immediately feel at home, with a modern, warm look and all the amenities you would expect from a luxury holiday home. Thanks to the spacious layout, there is plenty of space to enjoy together, but also to retreat for a while.
The living room is bright and attractively furnished and has a comfortable sitting area, a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Of course, all the necessary cooking and eating utensils are also available, so that you can effortlessly prepare an extensive breakfast or a cozy meal.
Casa Selucia has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a trundle bed, making the apartment very suitable for families, friends or golfers who go on holiday together. The modern bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In addition, there is a washing machine, air conditioning and heating, so that the apartment is comfortable all year round.
What makes Casa Selucia really special is the generous outdoor space. The apartment has a private terrace and a spacious garden of over 100 m², something that is unique within the resort. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun all day long or a spot in the shade. The garden is furnished with a comfortable lounge set, a large dining table, a barbecue and sun loungers. Start the day with a cup of coffee in the morning sun, enjoy a long lunch in the open air or end the evening with a good glass of wine as the sun slowly sets.
Casa Selucia is located on the secure Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Murcia region. There are several communal swimming pools within a short walk, where you can cool off during hot days. In addition, the resort offers various playgrounds, sports facilities, walking and cycling paths and beautifully landscaped gardens. Thanks to the 24-hour security, you will also enjoy a safe and relaxing stay.
The cozy Al Kasar commercial center is the heart of the resort and is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Here you will find several restaurants, cozy terraces, bars, a supermarket, a bakery, an ice cream parlor and various shops. Everything you need during your holiday is therefore within reach.
Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the impressive Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, which is located right next to the resort. There are also several other excellent golf courses in the area. For cyclists, Murcia is a true paradise thanks to its quiet roads, varied landscape and more than 300 sunny days a year. In addition, the beautiful beaches of the Costa Cálida, Puerto de Mazarrón, Bolnuevo and the historic port city of Cartagena are about a 20 to 30 minute drive away. Here you can enjoy wide sandy beaches, attractive boulevards, local markets, cozy restaurants and authentic Spanish villages.
