With the help of an interior stylist, our house was almost completely redecorated in the spring of 2022. The dining table and chairs outside have also been renewed. It is our goal to make your holiday unforgettable and a wonderful home is a good start.

Home
Spacious luxury detached Villa with private pool 15 minutes from the sea. Everything to make your holiday unforgettable is available in the immediate vicinity: cities, shops, culture, nature, sports, but above all peace and quiet in abundance.
The house has air conditioning and heating. A (wireless) internet connection is also available.

Extras
BBQ, lounge set. Games, table tennis, indoor and outdoor toys, tennis, petanque etc.

kitchen
Kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven. There is also a washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Bathroom
There are two luxurious bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs (with bath). Towels are provided in the house.

Bedrooms
The house has three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. All bedding provided and included in the cleaning.

Into a swimming pool. the garden is not lacking and the terraces are spacious. Every moment of the day there is a place where you can sit or lie down.

Terrace
The house has three spacious terraces. There is always one in the sun or shade. On one terrace is a beautiful dining table with 6 chairs. The covered terrace is equipped with a luxurious wicker lounge set.

Nature of the garden
The garden is approximately 350 m2 and offers a lot of privacy. There are 4 sunbeds in the garden.

Our house is located on the Costa Calida, which means sunny coast. So the name of our house means sunny villa.
We are Pieter and Angenita and have been coming to the Costa Dalida since 2002. A wonderful place where peace can still be found. That is the reason we like to come here, to completely relax!
There is a lot to discover in the region, to make it easy we have made a list of the things we like. We will send them with you when you book.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All rates are based on occupancy of the house of up to 6 people.
Only the weekly prices are displayed, but it is also possible to book shorter or longer than a week.
The price also includes the power consumption with a maximum of 125 Kw per week. This is more than enough to enjoy a carefree holiday.
In the low season we are quite willing to give an extra discount when booking for a longer period.

Payment terms:
* Within 7 days of receiving our confirmation on your reservation request, we expect your deposit of 35% of the total rent. Only after we have received your deposit, your reservation is final.
* No later than 30 days before arrival you owe the remainder including the deposit.

* If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival date, the cancellation fee is 35%.
* In case of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival date 90%
* After that 100%

The spacious villa (160 m2) has a large garden with private pool and privacy, located 10 minutes from the Mediterranean sea on the Costa Calida. The city of Murcia is about 30 minutes drive and the old port city of Cartagena at about 15 minutes in the house is a book with lots of info about the area and kaarten.Het house has television with satellite reception for the Dutch channels.

The park is a good restaurant. There is a large communal pool, tennis courts and games of bouls jobs. Shops are 3 minutes drive to the town of Mazarron Camposol or 5 min 10 min drive away is the beach Bol Nuevo, a lovely beach with fine sand.

The area is still authentic Spanish. Beautiful scenery just beyond the park with many hiking opportunities. On 30 minutes away you find the Sierra Espuna. This is one of the most beautiful natural areas in Spain. In the town of Puerto de Mazarron (15 min), many very good restaurants.

The Villa is situated on the Mazarron Country Club on the Costa Calida. Costa Calida means "warm coast". With 300 days of sunshine per year this is the most sunny coast of Spain.
The Costa Calida is situated between Costa Blanca and Costa Almeria.
The house is 5 minutes of Mazarron and 10 minutes from the beach Bol Nuevo. At 30 minutes from the city of Murcia and 20 minutes the city of Cartagena, both worth visiting.

Last October we rented Villa Calida with 2 adults, 1 child of 3 and a baby of three months.
It's really been a super holiday, everything is present in the house, was even considered. The smallest of the party
It is a beautiful house and do not overlook a clean house. Even though there were some small groceries ready to put as we would arrive late. The pool at the house is lovely, so in the morning to dive from your bed and great entertainment for children. In the immediate vicinity is not exactly for kids to do something, but 20 minutes away there to find everything, beach, playground, promenade, shops. Possibly there is also plenty to play board games in the cottage itself DVDs, ball games etc..
There are nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to cook yourself.
In short, highly recommended!!
