The house also has a parking space on site and is located in a quiet part of the Country Club, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 28 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 7 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
