Spacious and attractive living room with lots of light with powerful hot and cold air conditioning.
Dining table with dimming lamps and sofa chairs and cream-colored duo blinds with shutters on the outside and mosquito nets inside. Directly linked to the kitchen via a narrow bar.
Villa Paradís
Living room with dining area overlooking the entrance to the garden. On the right a large glass display cabinet.
Kitchen fully equipped incl. dishwasher and large fridge with large freezer. Unfortunately, the oven is not working at the moment. For this we have an air fryer and microwave with grill function in the utility room. Kitchen has a duo roller blind with opening windows with shutters and mosquito net.
Utility room is attached to the kitchen, equipped with washing machine and dryer, air fryer and microwave with patio doors leading to the garden. Extra tap and sink for bbq preparation. Kitchen door has a metal fly curtain.
Bedroom 1 ground floor with bathroom en suite with fan and air conditioning and French windows to the veranda with curtains, duo blinds, shutters and mosquito nets.
Bedroom 1 has curtains, duo blinds, shutters and mosquito nets. Bedroom 1 can be closed off from the bathroom by means of a loft door. The patio doors open onto the porch that connects to the pool area.
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor and accessed through sliding doors (can be locked) from the living room. Equipped with portable air conditioning and a powerful air conditioning in the living room that cools this room. The room offers access to the communal pool through the backyard.
Bathroom, ample storage space and has a partly enclosed toilet behind the wall. French windows with shutters, screen curtain and roller blind. Shower has two settings with a lot of water volume, so the water jet can be easily adjusted from soft to powerful.
