We would like to welcome you to our wonderfully spacious holiday villa in the quiet village of Vilacolum.

The Villa:
The villa is located on approx. 650m2 of private land and has a total (main and guest house) over 200m2  of living space. Around the villa is the garden and there are (covered) terraces. The villa actually consists of two parts, a ground floor and an upper floor (independent apartment), but is always only rented to one tenant at a time. The ground floor is rented as standard for a maximum of 5 people (baby not included).

The prices shown therefore only concern rent ground floor (max 5 people).

Rental guest house is on request.
If you want to use the villa from 5 - 9 people, the upper floor can also be rented as an "Extra rental guest house" at the request of the landlord for a fee to be agreed. In this way, the villa is ideal for families who want to go on holiday together, but do not want to share the same house with each other all the time.

Ground floor has a spacious covered terrace (approx. 35m2), two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower (both bathrooms have toilet), a double bedroom and a 3-person room (both with air conditioning), spacious living room and open well-equipped kitchen. In addition, a washing machine is available.

Guest house (can be rented separately on request) is an apartment with two spacious 2 person bedrooms (with air conditioning), a bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with open kitchen. The guesthouse has a spacious private roof terrace. 

Location:
The villa is located in a courtyard with a communal swimming pool for the adjacent houses.
The villa is conveniently located with a spacious garden and south-facing terraces and it also has a lot of peace and privacy.

Activities:
In addition to the famous sea and beach resort, there are plenty of nice places to visit in the immediate vicinity such as Roses, Empuriabrava, L'Escala and Figueres, where there are sights and excellent restaurants. All this is easy to drive by car or even bicycle. A day in Barcelona is also easy to do. Girona airport is about 50 km away. A train station is about 5 km away.

Vilacolum is about 8km drive (by car) from the beach. In the immediate vicinity is a padel court, but also a golf course is nearby as well as a vast nature reserve. Supermarkets / shops can be found in Girona, but also closer in St Pere Pescadore (5km).

House rules and Regulatory matters
Rentals do not take place to groups of young people.
The villa is located in a courtyard where permanent residence also takes place. Tenant(s) should therefore not cause any nuisance.

When renting the villa, the tenant must, at the request of the landlord, prove that he is insured for any damage that may occur as a result of the rental that is not covered by the deposit.
