Villa Paradís is located in a beautiful courtyard with 10 similar houses with a communal swimming pool that tenants of Vila Paradís can use. It is the ideal base to relax in the quiet neighborhood and to look for the hustle and bustle of the cities and coastal towns.

Vilacolum is very centrally located in the Alt Empordá, close to the town of Figueres, the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador and the further beaches and bays of L'Escala, Empuriabrava and Rosas. The atmospheric city of Girona (with international airport) is only a 30-minute drive away. In the immediate vicinity is a padel court (5 minutes walk) that is accessible to everyone.

Opposite Villa Paradís is a 4 star hotel where you can eat at attractive prices. A little further walk is the El Campo restaurant. And less than a 2-minute walk away you are in nature for beautiful walks or cycling routes. The large supermarket is a 10-minute drive away.

Villa Paradís is an ideal stay for summer and spring and autumn. The house is detached, offers a lot of privacy, a closed parking space and is very spacious inside. Outside it has many sunny spots by the private pool and shaded areas on the veranda and under umbrella tree. The garden has a cozy outdoor bbq kitchen. The backyard is directly connected to the communal swimming pool.

Villa Paradís has a total area of 527 m2 and has 4 spacious attractive bedrooms. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor.

Our house has a driveway (1 car), spacious living room, comfortable bedrooms with good beds, hot & cold air conditioning and ceiling fans, an open kitchen with all conveniences, a utility room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious and comfortable bathroom on each floor.
