The villa is set on a generous plot of approximately 1,500 m² and features an XL private swimming pool, several terraces and stunning panoramic views. With four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en-suite, Villa Zarza can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for two families, several couples or a family who wants to spend a holiday together without sacrificing privacy and comfort.

As soon as you step into Villa Zarza, you will notice the space and modern look. The spacious living room is bright and stylishly furnished and has a comfortable sitting area and a separate dining area.
Large sliding doors at both the front and rear provide plenty of natural light and connect the interior with the various terraces and the garden. As a result, inside and outside merge naturally and you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean outdoors all day long.
The villa has fast fiber optic internet and a television with streaming capabilities, so you can easily watch your favorite movies and series.

For cooking enthusiasts, the luxury kitchen is a wonderful place. The exclusive Bulthaup kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with high-quality Gaggenau appliances.
There is plenty of work and storage space and everything is available for extensive cooking. Whether you prepare a quiet breakfast in the morning, a quick lunch or want to dine together in the evening: this kitchen makes cooking during the holidays extra fun.
Four bedrooms with four en-suite bathrooms
One of the big pluses of Villa Zarza is the layout of the bedrooms. The villa features four spacious double bedrooms that are almost equivalent in terms of comfort.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.
This makes Villa Zarza particularly suitable for two families or several couples traveling together. Everyone has their own comfortable bedroom and bathroom and therefore plenty of privacy.
There is also a separate guest toilet at the entrance.
XL private pool and complete privacy
One level down in the garden is the spacious private swimming pool, exclusively for you and your travel group. The pool has a built-in staircase that makes it easy to walk into the water, and there is an outdoor shower.
Around the pool is a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun undisturbed, read a book or cool off in the water.

Optional heated swimming pool
You can also fully enjoy the swimming pool outside the warm summer months. From mid-September to mid-June, the private pool can be heated for a fee.
If you book this extra option in advance, we will ensure that the pool heating is switched on in time. This way you can also enjoy a comfortable water temperature during the early and late season.
All the comforts for a carefree holiday
Villa Zarza is maintained with great care and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
In addition to the four bedrooms and bathrooms, the villa has a separate laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer.
There is space to park several cars on the property and additional parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.
Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort
Villa Zarza is located on the exclusive Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort near Navata, in the middle of the beautiful landscape of the Alt Empordà.
The spacious resort is known for its tranquility, green surroundings and beautiful views towards the Pyrenees. Facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a sports and wellness centre, fitness facilities and tennis and padel courts.
There are also restaurants at the resort, so you don't always have to take the car for a nice dinner.
In nearby Navata you will find facilities for daily shopping and several larger supermarkets, shops and bakeries are a short drive away.
Beach, nature and culture within easy reach
Although Villa Zarza is wonderfully quiet and green, you can easily reach the coast from the villa. The beaches and seaside resorts of the Costa Brava are within comfortable driving distance.
For example, visit Roses with its long boulevard and sandy beaches, discover the canals and the wide beach of Empuriabrava or drive towards L'Escala and the atmospheric Sant Martí d'Empúries.
Cadaqués and the special nature reserve Cap de Creus are also beautiful destinations for a day trip.

The interior around Villa Zarza also has a lot to offer. Visit medieval Besalú, discover the wineries around Peralada or drive through the countryside past small Catalan villages, vineyards and olive groves.
Figueres is close by and is known as the birthplace of Salvador Dalí. Here you can visit the famous Dalí museum, shop and settle down on one of the terraces around the Rambla.
Girona and Barcelona are also within easy reach. From Figueres you can quickly travel to both cities by high-speed train, ideal for a day of culture, shopping and good food.
